Activity after kidney or liver transplantation and psychophysical determinants of participation in social and professional life

The main objective of the study is to assess the effectiveness of a method monitoring daily physical activity of patients after kidney or liver transplantation in improving physical and psychological indicators determining participation in occupational and social activities. The study also aims to create and implement a cross-sectional assessment tool for identifying other factors that constitute barriers to employment in the studied group of patients, in the context of social assistance and vocational rehabilitation programs conducted in Poland.
